- When handling guest reservations input Marriott Rewards data’s (information) in their appropriate software package.
- The company requires you to have a good positive working relationships with clients. Don’t have a non-challant attitude, support team to reach common goals.
- Determining and giving complimentary guests as gifts for their patronage will be your duty so as to encourage client such as rewards points etc.
